Terms & Conditions

This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Sarah Berry of Berry Créatif Mosaics ("Company") and the purchaser of Personalised Mosaic Coaching ("Customer").

1. Product Description:

The Personalised Mosaic Coaching is a digital product offered by Sarah Berry of Berry Créatif Mosaics that provides one to one coaching and support of outdoor mosaic project creation.

2. Payment Terms:

Customer agrees to pay the specified amount for the Personalised Mosaic Coaching as outlined on the Company's website or sales page. Payment shall be made through Paypal and Stripe.

3. Refund Policy:

Digital Products Are Non-Refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered "used," and I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges, except in the following circumstances:

• You received the wrong file

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened despite using appropriate software

• You accidentally purchased the same product twice (please contact us with proof)

If any of the above applies, please contact me at sarah@berrycreatifmosaics.com within 7 days of purchase and I will gladly help resolve the issue.

4. EU Consumers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction unless you have begun the download.

To comply with these regulations, by purchasing any of our digital products, you expressly acknowledge the following:

"I hereby give my express consent to begin the immediate download of the digital content and acknowledge that by doing so, I lose my right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law."

This waiver is required to access your files instantly after payment. If you prefer to maintain your right of withdrawal, please do not download the product immediately and contact us first.

5. Intellectual Property:

Customer acknowledges that all content and materials provided as part of the Personalised Mosaic Coaching are the intellectual property of Sarah Berry of Berry Créatif Mosaics and are protected by copyright laws. Customer agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of the Personalised Mosaic Coaching without prior written consent from Company.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU Law.

By purchasing the Personalised Mosaic Coaching, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
